The Ebony Jedi

 In this cosmic tapestry,

the Ebony Jedi stands resolute, their face hidden but their resolve unwavering. Legends converge, and destiny beckons. May the Force guide their steps, and may their story echo across the galaxy. 🌟🔥

The air shimmered with heat, the acrid tang of smoke thick on her tongue. Flames danced a macabre ballet across the ruins of the Jedi Temple, casting long, skeletal shadows that writhed in the inferno's breath. Amidst the fiery chaos, a figure emerged, cloaked in shadows and defiance. Her name was Jada Jaxx,, a Jedi Knight forged in the fires of resilience, her skin the rich ebony that mirrored the smoldering embers around her.

Jada Jaxx, wasn't unscathed. Her robes bore the singed kiss of the flames, wisps of smoke curling from the singed fabric. But her eyes, the color of molten gold, held an unwavering resolve. They were the embers of hope refusing to be extinguished, burning brighter in the face of despair.

The fire

wasn't just physical; it was a crucible of loss. The Temple, once a beacon of light, now lay in smoldering ruin. Friends, mentors, fellow Jedi - all consumed by the flames of betrayal. Grief threatened to engulf Jada Jaxx,, but she wouldn't let it. She channeled it into her Force connection, drawing strength from the living world, the verdant memory of forests untouched by fire.

With each step, the ground beneath her feet cooled, a testament to her power. The flames, sensing her defiance, lashed out, tongues of fire snapping at her heels. But Jada Jaxx, was a storm in human form, deflecting the fiery onslaught with a wave of her hand. The flames recoiled, cowering before the sheer power of her will.

Emerging from the inferno, Jada Jaxx, stood tall on the precipice of the ruined Temple. Below, the city of Coruscant sprawled, a tapestry of light and shadow. The sight fueled a new fire within her - the fire of purpose. The Jedi Order may have fallen, but its ideals, its fight for justice, lived on within her.

Jada Jaxx, wasn't just emerging from an inferno; she was a phoenix rising from the ashes. The flames had tested her, but they had not broken her. They had forged her anew, a Jedi Knight tempered by loss, her resolve hardened into tempered steel. The galaxy had been plunged into darkness, but Jada Jaxx,, the Ebony Jedi, would be a flicker of light, a beacon of hope in the encroaching shadows. Her journey had just begun, and the galaxy, scorched and scarred, would bear witness to the rise of a legend.

The Ebony Jedi

 Return of the Ebony Jedi

Jada Jaxx’s tale is one of courage, determination, and the eternal struggle between light and dark. Her adventures continue, a beacon of hope for all who believe in the power of the Force

The Ebony Jedi’s visage. Imagine a face framed by the flickering flames, eyes resolute and piercing, lips set in determination. The flames dance around the Jedi, casting shadows and illuminating the contours of their features. Their skin, a rich hue, bears the weight of wisdom and battles fought. Perhaps a scar or two etches their history, a testament to resilience.

The Ebony Jedi’s gaze holds secrets—ancient knowledge passed down through generations, whispered in forgotten tongues. Their expression, a blend of serenity and ferocity, mirrors the balance they seek in the Force. The flames lick at their cheeks, yet they remain unyielding, undeterred.

And there, beneath the hood, lies the heart of a warrior—a soul aflame with purpose. The Ebony Jedi walks through infernos, guided by destiny, her face a mask of determination. For in this fiery crucible, they forge their legacy—a beacon of hope, a guardian of justice.

May the flames reveal her true essence, and may her face remain etched in the annals of the galaxy.

Return of the Ebony Jedi

 The Ebony Jedi

In the vast expanse of the galaxy, where stars and planets danced to the ancient rhythms of the cosmos, there existed a Jedi unlike any other—Jada Jaxx, known as the Ebony Jedi. Her skin was as dark as the space between stars, and her eyes glowed with the wisdom of the Force.

Jada Jaxx and the Crystal of Kyber
Jada Jaxx stood on the edge of the cliff, the winds of the planet Tython whipping her cloak into a frenzy. Below her, the Valley of the Jedi stretched out, a testament to the power and history of the Order she served. But Jada was not here for reflection; she was here on a mission.

The Ebony Jedi had received a vision from the Force—a crystal of Kyber, pure and powerful, had awakened on this ancient world. Such a crystal could power a lightsaber capable of piercing the darkness that threatened to engulf the galaxy. But she was not the only one drawn to its call.

As Jada descended into the valley, her senses attuned to the whispers of the Force, she felt the presence of another—a Sith, cloaked in shadows, seeking the Kyber crystal for his own nefarious purposes. The Sith, known as Darth Vexor, was a formidable foe, his heart as black as the void of space.

The two Force-users met in the heart of the valley, their lightsabers igniting in a symphony of light and sound. Jada's blade was a vibrant green, symbolizing her connection to life and growth, while Darth Vexor's was a deep red, the color of rage and destruction.

Their battle was fierce, the clash of their sabers echoing off the ancient stones. Jada moved with grace and and precision, her connection to the Force guiding her strikes. Darth Vexor fought with brute strength, his anger fueling his power.

As they fought, Jada reached out with her mind, seeking the crystal. She could feel its presence, calling to her, a beacon of hope amidst the chaos. With a final push of her will, she broke through Darth Vexor's defenses, her saber finding its mark.
The Sith fell, his grip on the dark side fading as he returned to the Force. Jada stood victorious, but her heart was heavy. She knew that the battle between light and dark would continue, as long as beings like Darth Vexor existed.

With the Kyber crystal in hand, Jada Jaxx returned to the Jedi Temple. There, she would forge a new lightsaber, a weapon that would shine brightly against the darkness, a symbol of her unyielding spirit and the enduring power of the Ebony Jedi.

Diabetes Foot Care Tips

If you don't look after your feet you run the risk of developing sores or infections that could, in the worst case scenario, lead to amputations. Reduce your risk of infection or amputation by incorporating these 7 foot care tips...

1) Check your feet daily - especially if you have low sensitivity or no feeling in your feet. Sores, cuts and grazes could go unnoticed and you could develop problems leading to amputations.

2) Don't go around barefoot, even indoors. It's easy to tread on something or stub your toes and cut yourself. Protect your feet with socks/stockings and

shoes/slippers.

3) Be careful if you have corns or calluses. Check with your doctor or podiatrist the best way to care for them.

4) Wash your feet daily in warm, NOT HOT water. And don't soak your feet (even if you've been standing all day) because it could dry your skin and form cracks or sores.

5) Take extra care to dry your feet completely, especially between your toes. These are natural moisture traps - leaving them damp or wet could create all sorts of problems.

6) Exercise your legs and feet regularly. Even when sitting you can rotate your ankles; wiggle your toes or move your legs up and down. These all keep your blood circulation flowing and helps to minimize the risk of foot problems.

7) Get your feet professionally checked, at least once a year, for sensitivity and signs of any problems. You can usually arrange this when you have your annual check up for your AC1 levels (blood glucose levels over a 3-month period), blood pressure and cholesterol.

Take constant care of your feet. Get help from a relative or professional; Doctor, diabetic nurse or podiatrist if you are not able to bend when trimming nails or checking for sores. Taking these simple actions will help you reduce the risk of painful problems.

Inherited Breast Cancer

Breast Cancer

The majority of breast cancers are not inherited. In fact, only 5 to 10 percent of breast cancers are linked to genetic mutations passed down through generations.

The most common gene mutations linked to breast cancer are BRCA1 and BRCA2.

Both of these mutations also increase the risk of other cancers throughout a woman's lifetime, particularly ovarian cancer.

In normal cells, the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes help prevent cancer by making proteins that keep the cells from growing abnormally. If these genes are mutated, the cancer-prevention response will not work properly.

For some women with the BRCA1 mutation, the lifetime risk of breast cancer is as high as 80 percent. On average, however, this risk is more like 55 to 65 percent.

For women with the BRCA2 mutation, the lifetime risk of breast cancer is around 45 percent.

Breast cancers linked to these mutations occur more often in younger women. Cancer affecting both breasts is also more common than in cases not linked to these mutations.

While the BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations may affect anyone, they are more common in Jewish people of Eastern European origin than in other racial and ethnic groups in the United States.

Men can also carry these mutations, and if they do they are at increased risk for breast and other cancers, such as prostate cancer.

Genetic Testing

Genetic testing may be an option if you have a family history of breast cancer or other cancers.

Through a blood or saliva test, scientists can identify specific inherited mutations in BRCA or other genes.

Talk with your doctor about whether genetic testing is a good option for you. Your doctor can also recommend a genetic counselor who can discuss your testing options with you in detail.

Check with your insurance company to see if BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutation testing is covered under your plan.

Genetic counseling and testing for people at high risk is a covered preventive service under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Overconsumption of ultra-processed food has been linked to all kinds of health issues: colorectal and breast cancer, obesity, depression, and all-cause mortality. Figuring out how our diets influence our health is extremely difficult, and any armchair statistician will tell you that correlation does not equal causation, but it does seem clear that consuming too much ultra-processed food isn’t good for us.

White European Hypocrisy

WHY the WEST ISN’T COLOUR-BLIND ABOUT WAR VICTIMS

African Stream

"To our European friends. I never ever want to hear you lecture us on human rights and international law again. And I mean this. We are not white I guess. It does not apply to us according to your own logic."

Conflicts like Sudan’s civil war get less Western media coverage than ones like Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. There is the obvious fact of proximity (for Europeans, at least) - but also the suspicion that many in the West are more moved by the plight of White people than that of non-Whites. It’s hard not to wonder how much racism plays a role in editorial decisions on coverage.

A similar point applies to Israel’s war in Gaza. Here, the Western media coverage is extensive. But there’s still a difference when compared with reporting on Russia’s war on Ukraine: whereas Moscow is roundly condemned for its belligerence and sympathy is extended to Ukrainians, Tel Aviv is often given the benefit of the doubt (although even Western criticism is now mounting), while the suffering of Palestinians is relegated to an unfortunate consequence of a ‘just’ war on terrorism.

In this clip, a British pro-Palestinian activist (who has lived for a decade in Palestinian territories) gives her take on why that is. She claims that the West’s ample track record of colonising non-Whites makes many there inherently sympathetic to Israel’s war in Gaza.

What are your thoughts on this? Might that also be why the Sudanese and Congolese conflicts receive less vocal Western empathy?

The ICJ hearing aren't broadcast by CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, CBS, BBC, Sky News, or any other mainstream news outlet. Gotta keep the public uneducated and ignorant.
