GESTATIONAL DIABETES

Treating GESTATIONAL DIABETES

GESTATIONAL DIABETES

Gestational diabetes is a temporary condition that occurs during pregnancy. It is one of the top health complications that a woman has to face during pregnancy. Indeed a double curse!

If the woman had gestational diabetes during pregnancy then she is most likely to pass it on to the child. So, if a woman has gestational diabetes during pregnancy, there is an increased risk of developing diabetes for both mother and child. Timely knowledge about this condition, goes to control it effectively by diet and exercise. After the baby is born, the mother and the child both recoup their original health.

One problem gives room for a series of problems. The major risk is the birth of a fat baby. The condition is known as macrosomia. The baby by birth will have its own problems, the common one being damage to its shoulders during birth.

Some basic precautions have to be taken to prevent the risk of gestational diabetes. It is taking recourse to natural methods again! Make it a point to lose weight, if you are overweight. Be careful and choosy about your food, and above all, do exercises regularly. This type of diabetes is a temporary condition, a passing phase, that occurs during pregnancy.

There is another risk for the baby. It may develop breathing problems.

The exact causes of the gestational diabetes are not known yet. But there are certain clues and possibilities, why gestational diabetes occurs! It is insulin resistance.

The baby, as it grows, is supported by the placenta. Hormones help the baby develop. But the hormones also do a damaging act. They block the action of the mother’s insulin in her body. The mother’s body finds it hard to use insulin, so her requirement of insulin goes up by 300 % and gestational diabetes is the result!

Utmost care is needed to combat gestational diabetes, as it concerns the health of the mother as well as that of the baby. Food choices are of paramount importance. This will have beneficial effects on the health of your baby’s growth. If you are fit and healthy, the risk of cesarean section birth can also be avoided.

In many cases, it has been found that gestational diabetes leads to type II diabetes later.

Do exercises regularly even during pregnancy, but only after consulting your doctor. This is the formative period for you as well as for the baby. Proper exercises provide strength to your body and act favorably for the growth of the baby within.

Overconsumption of ultra-processed food has been linked to all kinds of health issues: colorectal and breast cancer, obesity, depression, and all-cause mortality. Figuring out how our diets influence our health is extremely difficult, and any armchair statistician will tell you that correlation does not equal causation, but it does seem clear that consuming too much ultra-processed food isn’t good for us.

An international cross-sectional survey of 757 formulas sold in 15 countries found only 26% of the products used clinical trials and 90% of those carried a high risk of bias due to missing data or conclusions that were not supported by data. A Lancet Series on breastfeeding calls for greater regulation over "predatory" marketing aimed at new mothers that have influenced families, scientists and policy makers
The 2022 formula shortage highlighted a monopoly in the market that contributed to a disaster in which the lives of millions of babies were threatened, government regulations that effectively ban imports that meet or exceed FDA requirements and corporate greed that dictates infant nutrition. Albertson’s grocery store app merges information about your food purchases, prescriptions and vaccinations in one place, aligning Big Food with Big Pharma and moving society one step closer to the globalist’s end goal — limiting your freedoms

Diabetics: Women with Gestational Diabetes

Support for Women with Gestational Diabetes

A pregnant woman who has been diagnosed with gestational diabetes is going to receive a lot of medical support in the form of frequent doctor appointments and nutritional

counseling. But she may also be in the need of emotional support. It is hard to change the way you eat and live your life when you are pregnant and adjusting to a new disease in addition to that can be overwhelming.

There are many forms of support you can seek out. The support from your spouse or partner is going to be very important. They cannot be eating an ice cream sundae in front of you while you are expected to abstain. Since eating like a diabetic is a healthy lifestyle change, you both should follow the diet set forth for you keeping in mind the extra caloric needs of different people.

Joining a group of pregnant women is helpful too.You can go through your pregnancies together and when your babies are born you can continue with your support network as

your children grow up together. Touch base with your endocrinologist to see if they know of a support group specifically for women with gestational diabetes.  You can share recipe tips and provide the emotional support needed as you ride the roller coaster of pregnancy with diabetes.

There are many online support groups too with a specialization in many different complications that can arise in pregnancy. Or join a support group for woman online

whose babies are due at the same time as yours. You may even meet someone online that lives in your neighborhood.

Shut the door on the face of the diabetes, even if it pleads that it is only gestation. This evil does not deserve mercy.

Don't feel that you have to deal with your diabetes on your own. Help and support are available. If you can't find it readily with a little research you are sure to find what you need.

While a combination influenza-COVID mRNA jab has not yet been approved, it's in the pipeline,9 so it's only a matter of time before they "simplify" your life further by recommending a combo jab.

Commenting on the new COVID jab strategy, Dr. Deb Salas-Lopez, senior vice president for community and population health at Northwell Health, told NewsDay she believes making it an annual shot "may convince more people to get it,"10 which is precisely the thinking of the FDA as well.

Vitamin D supplementation cut risk of death from COVID-19 by 51% and reduced risk of admission to the intensive care unit (ICU) by 72%

The results were deemed “conclusive” and suggest “a definitive association between the protective role of vitamin D and ICU hospitalization” from COVID-19

Vitamin D may protect against COVID-19 by maintaining pulmonary barrier function, boosting the innate immune response and reducing the production of proinflammatory cytokines

DIABETIC SYMPTOMS!

 DIABETIC SYMPTOMS!

All too often we get sick but ignore the symptoms we may be
feeling, shrugging them off to a cold, stress from work, or
just not feeling well.

There are certain symptoms that shouldn’t be ignored if
they develop. These symptoms could lead to blindness,
amputation of limbs, coma or even death.

Symptoms of type 1 diabetes often come on suddenly and are
severely dramatic. The extra stress of diabetes can lead to
something called diabetic ketoacidosis.

Symptoms of ketoacidosis may include nausea and vomiting, which may also lead to dehydration and serious problems
with the blood levels of potassium. This could lead to adiabetic coma and ultimately death.

Other symptoms of diabetes may include extreme fatigue. We
all get tired at times, but diabetes triggers a more severe
fatigue than normal.

People with diabetes also experience unexplained weight
loss. This is because they are unable to process many of
the calories they consume. Losing sugar and water in the
urine also contributes to the weight loss.

Extreme thirst is another symptom of diabetes. Diabetes
develops high blood sugar levels and the body tries to
compensate by diluting the blood, which translates to our
brain that we are thirsty.

With this is also excessive urination. It is another way
our bodies have of getting rid of the extra sugar in our
system. But this can also lead to dehydration.

One of the hardest symptoms to deal with is poor wound
healing. Wounds heal slowly, if at all when the carrier has
diabetes. This along with infections that are not easily
remedied can attribute to ulcers and loss of limbs.

COVID Reality and Myths

COVID Reality  and Myths

As lockdowns have kept people at home and out of medical facilities, infant vaccination rates have dropped. This may be why they’ve started promoting baseless claims suggesting common childhood vaccinations might prevent COVID-19 deaths

Despite lack of proof, the media claim the TB vaccine, measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) and oral polio vaccines might protect against COVID-19

Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is getting credit for a mea culpa for saying what seems obvious: “For 75 years, the CDC and public health have been preparing for COVID-19, and in our big moment, our performance did not reliably meet expectations,”

This is a classic act of contrition theater, in which Walensky avoids taking any responsibility for the agency’s failure to understand the threat the nation faced or the CDC’s unfounded “guidance” regarding how to slow the spread of COVID, measures that the agency now acknowledges are flawed.

A Singaporean study finds common colds caused by frequently encountered beta coronaviruses might make you more resistant to SARS-CoV-2 infection, and that the resulting immunity might last as long as 17 years

If you’ve beaten a common cold caused by a OC43 or HKU1 beta coronavirus in the past, you may have a 50/50 chance of having defensive T-cells that can recognize and help defend against SARS-CoV-2

Other studies have also discovered that many appear to have prior resistance to SARS-CoV-2. One study found 70% of patients who had recovered from mild cases of COVID-19, as well as 40% to 60% of people who had not been exposed to the virus, had resistance to SARS-CoV-2 on the T-cell level

There’s a growing trend to label long COVID and injuries from COVID-19 shots “functional neurological disorders” (FND), making some patients feel like the medical community thinks their symptoms are “all in their head”

Half of people with long COVID symptoms fit the criteria to be diagnosed with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), which often flares up after viral infection

There’s a lack of consensus and definitions when it comes to FND and its potential treatments, even among those who are considered experts in the field

FND has also been used as a diagnosis to explain away adverse reactions to COVID-19 shots

Long COVID symptoms share many similarities with post-jab injuries, and it’s likely both are rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction; improving your mitochondrial function will help reverse the problems caused by the jab or the virus

Researchers don't know why the vaccine was unhelpful for older people.

"We know that any vaccine, including flu vaccines, is less effective as you get older," Bresee said. "We often see lower effectiveness in people over 65, though not always."

Defund the Police ; Abolish the FOP

Corrupt Police

Defund the Police ; Abolish the FOP

I was asked this question If "unions" are considered "evil" in the US, then why is it okay for the police to have "unions"?

To rid ourselves of this evil corrupt blue gang we must roll back protections enshrined in union contracts and state statutes, this will reduce the use of force by police and increase community trust in law enforcement. Time for corrupt unions to be decertified

Unions protect officers who behave poorly and impede reform that would improve policing and police-community relations. The central idea animating the new consensus is that police-union power has translated into too many officer job protections, enabling a many officers to act with impunity. The inability to hold officers accountable poisons public relations and puts American lives at risk.

There is also the political scene. Conservative snakes, on the other hand, disapprove of labor unions generally but have given police unions a pass as part of their support of law enforcement. In short, they worry that criticism of police unions will be mistaken for criticism of the police. Republican officeholders have also enjoyed ties with police unions.

Generally speaking, public-sector unions offer two main true criticisms. One is that unions drive up the costs of government by increasing the wages and benefits for public servants.

The other is that unionization and collective bargaining induce bureaucratic sclerosis, making it nearly impossible to re-organize public agencies to improve their performance. Government is thus forced to do less while spending more, which is a recipe for public frustration and mistrust.

Reducing the power of police unions will empower police chiefs to modernize their organizational cultures, weed out bad officers, and thereby reduce police violence against civilians, maybe.

The FOP political and bargaining power has enabled them to win disciplinary systems so lax that they have helped increase police abuses in the United States.

The unions also keep a non-public list the worst of the bad apples. They are all bad apples.

Officers fired for misconduct often appeal the decision and get reinstated by obscure judges in secretive proceedings.

DC police officer 'privately shared' internal information with Proud Boys leader: The truth revealed on that scandal Metropolitan Police Lt. Shane Lamond and Enrique Tarrio, Proud Boy leader, privately exchanged  text messages in the run-up to a mob's attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 Treason runs deep in police depts. across America.

These crooks eat up a tremendous amount our public budget.

Cops are: crooked, liars, cheats, human traffickers, murders, untrustworthy. Just saying the truth.

One of the four ex-Fairfax County, Virginia, officers named in the civil suit is now a deputy chief in Asheville, North Carolina.
